Shopping with us is pretty straightforward and we do whatever we can to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. When you have selected the items you wish to purchase, simply pop them into your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. There you will be asked to enter your details and where you would like your goods delivered to. Once you have accepted our standard Terms & Conditions, then you will be taken to our secure payment provider. We partner with one of the largest payment service providers to ensure peace of mind and a secure payment process.
Once you have paid, then you will receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase.
Our online store accepts most major international credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Visa/Dankort, Visa electron, Maestro, JCB & American express. We never store credit card details and never draw a greater amount than you have accepted to pay for your goods. We partner with one of the major payment service providers and our payment system employs a secure connection to ensure total peace of mind. We will never share your card details with anyone.
All goods that are purchased with us, are sent out within one working day of the order having been received. Over holiday periods, there may be a slight delay, but we will do our best to make sure this is kept to an absolute minimum.
By partnering with only the best logistics companies, we want to make sure your whole shopping experience with us, is as enjoyable and efficient as possible. Most orders are shipped within one business day of the order being placed, and it takes 2-5 business days to arrive by standard ground shipping depending on location.
Attention UK customers - Due to Brexit, customers from the UK get's charged 40% of the orders amount import fee when their package arrives.

Cancellation and returns
If you regret your purchase before the goods are shipped from our warehouse, its best to give us a call or send us an email as soon as possible. Because service is really important to us, we send goods out within 24 hours, so you need to be quick to cancel your order!
You are always entitled to a refund within 30 days of receiving your package, as long as the product is in its original condition.
If you wish to return a product, you can use our return portal by clicking here, where you choose which items to return. You will then receive a return label by email which shall be printed and attached to the package. The parcel should then be delivered to the nearest UPS parcel center.

If NOT, you can use any courier that you prefer. Be sure to mark the package with RETURNS on the front , and make sure that the package will be delivered at the below address and NOT at a pick-up point.
If you are a resident of the USA, United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland, you might need our VAT-number for the return. You will find that below as well.

As a Kronstadt shopper, there is a standard, two-year warranty on all products. The warranty doesn’t cover damages directly or indirectly occurred as a result of mistreatment of the products. In short, you look after your Kronstadt fashions, and they will look after you!
When you shop with us, we only ask for your personal details, so we can send your products to you. This isn’t something we ever share with anyone else. If you wish to sign up for news from us, then once again, we will never disclose this information to any third parties. All data is stored safe and sound on our encrypted servers for 5 years and after that it is automatically deleted.
