How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please use our return portal by clicking here, where you choose which items to return. You will then receive a return label by email, which shall be printed and attached to the package. 

Which countries do you send to?

We ship worldwide. However, please note that shipping rates may change depending on where your package is going.

Who is your shipping agency?

We use UPS for all international orders.

What are your delivery prices?

We offer free shipping inside the EU for purchases over €99 

Otherwise the price ranges from 7 - 15€ 


When can I expect to receive my package?

We aim to deliver your package within 2-5 working days.

 

Where is my order?

Once your order is packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace number via the email you have associated with your order. Or you can Click here

How do I change/cancel a purchase?

Contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@kronstadt.dk  

Please remember to write your order number.

What if one of the items I order turns out to be sold out? 

If it turns out that the item is sold out even though you ordered it, there will be a note in the package saying that the item was out of stock. Please be sure to check all the paperwork in your package if you're missing something. Of course, we will not deduct money for the missing item.


How long does it take to get my money back after I return an item?

Once you have completed and submitted the form on our return portal and we have received your package, you will receive a credit note once we have processed your return. After that, it will take 3-5 business days for the money to be back on the card you paid with. We usually process return orders every Monday and Friday, but during busy periods there may be longer processing times.


Complaint

Send an email to customerservice@kronstadt.dk mentioning the order number and what the error is. Please attach pictures as documentation.


What should I do if I can't find a size on the webshop?

Contact us at customerservice@kronstadt.dk  and we will reply as soon as possible about when we might have the item back in stock.


I bought the item from a retailer. Can I return it to you?

You should always contact the retailer. We only take care of the goods that are purchased on our webshop.
