DHL & GLS

At Kronstadt we always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.  All orders are shipped with DHL or GLS from our warehouse in Denmark within 1 business day after the order is received. The delivery time depends on the customer's country of origin, but we aim for 3-5 business days. Exceptions to this are items where it is indicated that it is an order item with longer delivery time.

Zone 2: 

Delivery cost: 12€

Zone 3: 

Delivery cost: 15€

*Free delivery on all purchases over 99€*

Zone 4: 

Australia, Canada, Singapore, Israel, Japan, United States 

Delivery cost: 20€

RETURNS: 

You are always entitled to a refund or exchange, within 30 days of receiving your package, as long as the product is in its original condition.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can use our return portal by click here, where you choose which items to return or exchange. All exchanges are free, and returns cost 6€ within the EU.

You will then receive a return label by email which shall be printed and attached to the package. The parcel will be delivered to the nearest DHL parcel center. 

If NOT, you can use any courier that you prefer. Be sure to mark the package with RETURNS on the front , and make sure that the package will be delivered at the below address and NOT at a pick-up point.’

If you are a resident of the USA, United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland, you might need our VAT-number for the return. You will find that below as well.
