POSTNORD & GLS

At Kronstadt we always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.  All orders are shipped with POSTNORD or GLS from our warehouse in Denmark within 1 business day after the order is received. The delivery time depends on the customer's country of origin, but we aim for 3-5 business days. Exceptions to this are items where it is indicated that it is an order item with longer delivery time.

RETURNS: 

You are always entitled to a refund or exchange, within 30 days of receiving your package, as long as the product is in its original condition.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can use our return portal by click here, where you choose which items to return or exchange.

For France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Poland and Sweden All exchanges are free, and returns cost 6€ which will be deducted your refund. 

You will then receive a return label by email which shall be printed and attached to the package. The parcel needs to be delivered to the nearest parcel shop of your local postal service. 

For ALL other countries we only allow returns and NOT exchanges. To make an exchange please place a new order.

For returns use a shipping method of your choice. Be sure to mark the package with RETURNS on the front and include the returnslip which came with your order, and make sure to sent the return to the address below. If you are a resident outside of the EU you might need our VAT-number for the return. You will find that below as well.
